		<description>Good post Gareth, the TV pictures were difficult to watch. The report will get it on the chin next week in an Assembly debate mainly due to the dominant mentality of one side having to win over the other. Plus there were 30 other recommendations!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Victims don&#039;t want a uniform hierarchy (like the recognition payment aims for) of victims but their own subjective hierarchy instead. How to transcend?......especially those who have suffered such loss.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Enjoy your writing, just stumbled across this blog recently!</description>
