I found it very difficult to listen to your interview with Prof. Sandel for technical reasons: a) your mike is way too close to you and too far from him, making you always sound too loud or him too quiet.
b) correspondingly your verbal nods or Rogersian “yes–yes” were very distracting and defeated concentration on the message of the interviewee.

I suggest someone editing the videos for sound quality before you post them and
just let the other talk once you've asked the question. Let us do the “yes-yes” if we feel so inclined.
