Audio: Improving Our Party Invitations

In this clip, with Acts 2:36ff as his text, Pastor Efrem describes the church as the expression of the invitation to the party of God's kingdom -- and questions why so few are saying yes. There's nothing wrong with the party, but the invitation needs some work. We need to rethink church to make that invitation better. When we bring health care, justice, and truth -- when we bring healing -- we're bringing an invitation to the kingdom of God. And everyone's invited. Just look at the multicultural diversity and fellowship unity of the early church.
